You don’t go on your dog walk without your phone; when you use the HOWL app you’re effectively carrying an arsenal in your pocket.HOWL is designed to turn the tables on dog thieves, allowing you to take back control in a non-confrontational way.
When you HOWL for help, the app will:- send a notification to your emergency contact;- sound an audible alarm (if chosen) on your phone;- record the date, time and precise location of the incident; and- activate the video camera to assist with evidence capture.If your dog is stolen, your dog’s profile will mean you have what you need to get the word out quickly.

Even we can’t access it.The code you pass to your emergency contact is unique to each walk, and even if someone intercepted it, it would be nonsense to them.
Only your chosen emergency contact will be able to know your location via HOWL.Your location is only monitored when you activate a “walk” in the app, and the monitoring ends when you end the walk.
